No Bake Vegan Cheesecake


Hey Everyone thank you so much for watching and I hope you enjoyed this video. This recipe has no added salt or sugar and is absolutely delicious. It is rich and creamy and I think you’re going to love it. In my family we are huge cheesecake lovers so I wanted to create a recipe that tastes exactly the same and that no one would even be able to tell has no dairy cheese and is completely vegan. I find that this recipe tastes best when it is eaten as soon as it is complete (after being frozen for 4-6 hours) or the next day. You do not need an oven for this recipe, no baking is required. The only device you will need is a food processor or high speed blender. The ingredients are listed down below and I hope you all enjoy! xoxo


2 cup raw pitted dates
1 cup walnuts
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract (or bean/powder)


15oz can aquafaba from chickpeas
1 cup agave nectar (or maple syrup)
1 cup raw cashews
1/2 cup coconut cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2-1 tsp maca root powder (optional for added nutrition)
juice from 1 lemon
1/4 tsp nutritional yeast
1 package tofutti vegan cream cheese

The topping is your choice I personally love the country cherry topping.
(it can also be used as a delicious pie filling)
